I just returned from San Francisco and Napa. San Francisco felt like a ghost town, but Napa was very busy. We stayed at Hotel Villagio in Yountville, it was great and in a perfect location. Restaurants are open in Napa for outdoor seating and indoor seating at 25% capacity. Wineries are open for tastings but require appointments ahead of time and no more than 6 people at a time.
